8 Steps Charging Mode:
1. When the battery voltage is lower than 7V and higher than 2V, the charger will not charge. The indicator light flashes red rapidly, indicating that the battery is replaced; when the battery voltage is lower than 2V, the indicator light is red and returns to standby.
2. The pulse charge battery voltage is charged at 7.5-10.5V pulse, the charging current is 2A, and the blue light flashes slowly.
3. The half-power constant current rechargeable battery voltage is charged at a constant current of 10.5-12V at half power, the charging current is 2A, and the blue light flashes slowly.
4. The full-power constant-current rechargeable battery voltage is charged at 12-14V full-power constant current, the charging current is 4A, and the blue light flashes slowly.
5. The constant voltage rechargeable battery voltage is higher than 14V constant voltage charging, the blue light flashes slowly, and the current becomes smaller.
6. The full battery voltage reaches 14.7V, the charging current is full when the charging current is lower than 0.1A, and the blue light is long.
7. Analyze the charging stop and observe whether the voltage is stable. If it drops to 12.6V quickly, the charger will automatically judge that the battery is bad.
8. The power-up charger judges that the battery voltage drops to about 13.5V, so it enters a long-term power-up phase, the current is very low, and the voltage is maintained stable.

How To Use:
1.First, plug in and LCD will light up and display “Pon”.
2.At anytime, there is no power at the clamps. This is a safety interlock feature.
3.Press BATTERY TYPE SELECTION button until the correct battery type appears on LCD, and this could be shown as SLA, AGM or LiON icon. Winter program and icon will appear when AGM is selected.
4.Press MODE button, choose the correct charging rate to charge your battery and this could be “Motor” 1A Slow and “Car” 4A Fast respectively. If system is 6V, you MUST use “Motor” 1A Slow otherwise abnormal behavior will demage your 6V battery.
5.Please note this device has a special memory function after you unplug from AC source, it will retain the battery type choice and selected charging speed.
6.Attach the RED (+) and BLACK (-) clamps to the correct polarity of your vehicle battery.
7.a)If you incorrectly attach to the wrong polarity, the LCD will display “Err” and stop operation.
b)If the polarity is attached correctly, it would show vehicle battery voltage temporary, then it will display “Con” on LCD, this will indicate the charger is now entering self conditioning mode to repair sulfated target battery automatically. Note: At 6V mode or if above 13.2V, the DESULFATE mode won’t turn on.
c)If your vehicle battery is a 6V, ICC4 will automatically detect and select the correct charging voltage.
8. a)This charger will now go through the pre-program 8 STEPS and depends on your vehicle battery size.
I)If battery is 60~70AH, average charging time = 10 hours.
II)If battery is 120AH, it might takes up to 35 hours.
b)Once the charger has completed the charging cycle, and confirmed battery is in good operation, the LCD will indicate “FUL” and it will continue to trickle charge vehicle battery continuously as needed.
